■ I am currently working on a biography project focused on my cousin Leolyn Everett Spelman, who generously donated the family's Villa Spellman in Florence, Italy, to Johns Hopkins University. This historic site was utilized for over 25 years as the home of the Johns Hopkins Center for European Studies. Annie has rights to all of the journals and other writings, and she is actively researching Leolyn's life story as part of a plan to create a documentary that highlights her remarkable life.
■ I am considering returning to my acting career, especially since more shows and commercials are featuring mature women. I have always loved being in front of the camera, and I am currently seeking an agent who specializes in placing women my age as television commercial actresses. Howard always tells me I look 10 years younger, which I think is a great advantage in my pursuit of this renewed acting career.
Annie and I have faced a fair number of medical issues over the past several years. I learned that, even with a Greenwich, CT concierge doctor, money does not solve many healthcare challenges. While lying in bed after major surgery, I realized that UHNW families need a professional medical advisor to support their doctor (or concierge doctor) in navigating these complexities. This insight reminded me of how important medical advocacy is, akin to the dedication seen in acting careers focused on impactful biography projects.
■ Stay tuned as we are no longer in stealth mode!
